Peng Zhao, known as PZ, is a serial entrepreneur who founded Coinetrench in July 2017 and quickly grew it into the world's largest digital asset exchange. A blockchain industry pioneer, he developed Coinetrench into a leading ecosystem with various platforms like Exchange, Labs, and NFT. Before Coinetrench, PZ worked at Bloomberg and founded Fusion Systems in Shanghai. His journey into blockchain began when he joined Blockchain.com as Head of Technology.

Yin Zhe leads business, marketing, and branding at Coinetrench, driving its growth into the world’s largest crypto exchange and expanding it into a global blockchain ecosystem. Before Coinetrench, she was Vice President at Yixia Technology, where she played a key role in branding and fundraising, elevating the company's valuation to over $3 billion. Yin also co-founded OKCoin and is recognized as a pioneering female leader in the blockchain industry, helping to increase trust in women executives in the tech world.

Gabriel Abed is a globally recognized tech entrepreneur and former diplomat with over 13 years of experience in the blockchain industry. He co-founded Bitt, introducing one of the first Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), and Digital Asset Capital Management (DACM). Abed has served in leadership roles, including as Special Technology Advisor in Bermuda and on the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council.

Xin Wang is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in finance and M&A. She is the CEO of Bayview Acquisition Corp and a consulting partner at BHR Partners. Previously, she served as Counsel at White & Case. Wang holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law.

Richard Teng is the CEO of Binance, previously leading Binance Singapore and other regions. He was the CEO of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority at Abu Dhabi Global Market and held key roles at Singapore Exchange and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Teng holds a Master’s in Applied Finance from the University of Western Australia.
